name: Shoelaces (E-13-[insert letter/letter combo])
(each one is given unique a name by their new caregivers. the shown ones happen to all have food themed names due to having the same caregiver)
species: clones with tampered DNA of Santos Solace-Arita each one has a different mix of DNA to try and create the perfect seeker (what they're made for)
approximate size: note that they can be much larger or smaller depending on the DNA given. the largest one to record was a siz foot boa hybrid. the smallest was malformed and ~5 inches (was quickly terminated for health reasons) head to waist: ~8-12 inches head to tail: ~20-30 inches
appearance: while similar to their original DNA "donor", they all have varying body types depending on the species spliced/removed from their DNA. they all have glowing eyes, enmas, a long snakish body, and hard scales
diet: while they can still eat what humans can, they're often kept on a pescatarian diet (fish, crustaceans) with the occasional people food as a treat
abilities/lack of: due to their heightened environmental awareness, they're able to spot danger/objects needs and let out a small squeal squeak sound to alert their caregiver. some are specifically made to act as canaries in a coal mine to alert their current caregiver of any danger. while most can't speak, some are specifically trained to listen and echo words they hear. extra: even though most make small whale/dolphin sounds, it's been found out that any spliced with lizards or snakes automatically resort to hissing for communication.
