1. Gratitude is the new attitude This year has been quite a turmoil for my family and me with some major incidents - loosing our dad, khush being hospitalised, family members testing positive and few more things which are now easing out now. Honestly sometimes it’s hard to see the positive side, but if i don’t count my blessings I’m going to just spiral down again. What helps -> My Gratitude Journal I keep a separate book just to put down things I’m grateful for. Which even involves basics also - like my cup of coffee ☕️ high speed internet phone 📱 Yes. [Those are privileges too, which we need to acknowledge too!] Then there’s a list which I keep on a separate page, so I can read it daily 📄 Few include me being grateful for - my full family - my friends who’ve been my rock - my clients, and work team for being supportive - the love I’ve received on social platforms Small things make a big difference. If you think you’ll give it a shot, show some love 🤍♥️ #gratitudejournal #journaljunkie #doyoujournal #shixjournal https://www.instagram.com/p/CXkeXjmIuwb/?utm_medium=tumblr
