Anybody else just HATE thunder and lightning?!?!? I despise it, don't know why just always have, it grates down my spine and just euuurghhh!!! I'm sitting here by myself with spotify playing full blast through my phone AND IT ISN'T LOUD ENOUGH :'( I just hate being by myself during a storm, if I have a mate with me I'm fine, but not by myself; nope. Not doing it. You can't make me. Feck off, not happening. You get the point XD. We don't even get them often, but they usually follows the good weather (I'm in Scotland, good weather is rarer than snow XD ) (we never get snow)

I'm pretty scared at the moment. I've always been the type to say that you don't need to be with someone to be happy. I've said I'm independent. I've said I need space and alone time. But given that space I'm scared, insecure and need reassurance.
This year is about self care. Self soothing. True independence. I will call on myself on the hard days. I will be my support. My tenderness. My compassion. I will reassure myself. I will work to be whole. To always go back to my heart.
