hey I've seen a lot of success stories about manifestation and reality shifting, and many people say that shifting and manifestation are essentially the same thing. According to this idea, whenever we manifest something, we are actually shifting to a different reality. However, I've noticed two different types of success stories. The first type involves people claiming to shift to fictional realities, such as the world of Harry Potter or other imagined universes. The second type involves people manifesting changes within what seems to be their current life, such as waking up in their dream house, having a better lifestyle, or achieving their desired circumstances. My question is: if manifestation and shifting are the same thing, what is the difference between manifesting a better life and shifting to a fictional reality? If manifestation works by shifting us to a parallel reality, does that mean that when we manifest our dream life, we move to a parallel reality where there are alternate versions (or "clones") of ourselves and everyone we know, similar to what people describe when shifting to fictional realities? Or is something else happening? Instead of us shifting to another reality, do aspects of another reality somehow shift into our current reality when we manifest changes in our lives? How do these two ideas fit together if manifestation and shifting are supposed to be the same thing? If shifting and manifestation are the same but why do people who shift to fictional realities such as hogwarts claim to shift back from that reality to the orignal one? Whereas the people who manifest waiking up to there desires do not come back like I've seen a few success stories where people who shift to fictional realities come back to share their success story and few where the people who manifest waking up to their desires share it while being it the reality where they have their desires so technically they are in the same reality with same people the olny thing which changed is that they have their desires

I think you haven't understood the nature of shifting. Shifting is transferring your awareness to an alternate version amongst the infinite ones. It's done by your awareness which is ETERNAL and LIMITLESS.

When someone shifts to hogwarts they go there with the intent of having an "adventure" or a specific experience, or a "vacation." They treat it like a trip. (If they don't permashift there) From the very beginning their dominant assumption is that "im going to visit hogwarts, and then i will come back to share my story." So, cause they assume they WILL return, they shift right back to a reality identical to this one.
"coming back to this reality" literally means coming back to an exactttt copy of your former reality, but also this reality what we call "CR" IS NOT "default" like many people think.
Shifting to a completely different setting like Harry Potter or resident evil universe is the SAME thing to shifting to a literally same setting of your life in this reality, just maybe one specific thing is different (when u manifest a desire). Why wouldn't it be possible???? And MOST people in this community refuse to understand that we don't create someone or a world from scratch. You don't "cosplay" as your DR self. You ALREADY EXIST in that reality from the very start. You just shift your awareness to that version.
On the other hand when someone manifests a better life, a dream house, or a specific circumstance, their intent is permanent change. They dont want a "vacation" from their problemss. They want a new lifestyle!!! Or a life with their specific desires in it. They completely change their self concept and state of being. They dont "come back" because why would they???? They have zero desire to return to a version of reality where they lack what they want!
Both are shifts.
Both require moving your awareness. Youee never "fixing" or "changing" the current reality youre perceiving. So, don't let the terminology confuse you. The people who "came back" from hogwarts and the people who "stayed" in their dream houses did the exact same mechanism!!! The only difference was their destination and their intent. One bought a round trip ticketand the other bought a one way ticket to a better life.
