So I finished my first lace piece this month.  It was fun and easier than I though it would be!  While I was digging around for something else, I rediscovered this skein of Linaza and couldn’t stop touching it.  That’s how I ended up with it in the first place.  I’ve never come across an alpaca/linen blend and it’s freaking amazing!  Today I searched Ravelry for what to do with it and came across this pattern by Katie Rempe called Ship to Shore.  I like that it’s pretty open stitching so the shawl will work as a complimentary color to what I wear under it.
