Homophrosyne (ὁμοφροσύνη)

Origin: 'The Odyssey'

Definition: “like-mindedness,” something that forms a bond between Odysseus and Penelope. Even though Penelope does not know when she will see him again, she is faithful to her marriage. Odysseus, gone for many, many years, dreams of returning to his estate and his wife, making their final reunion all the more special.

As a Zine, Homophrosyne aims to explore the like-mindedness of Psycho-Pass’s Akane Tsunemori and Shinya Kogami. Two versions are now live, SFW and NSFW! In addition, we have also included both forms in a printable format!

As an extra bonus, we also have the cover illustration up for download.

A lot of love, hard work, and dedication went into the artwork and writing compiled into this collection. From the mod team and contributors, we hope you all enjoy it to the fullest!

We are happy to announce that we will be holding Shinkane Week from Saturday, January 10th to Saturday, January 17th of 2026.

As a retrospective, this year’s prompts came from our previous events:

As with past years, prompts act more as guidelines and can be interpreted however you wish. You can do all the days, some of the days, or even just one.

Any medium (gifs, graphics, fanart, fanfic, AMVs, etc.) is welcome. However, AI has no place in this creative space.

We don’t condone stealing or reposting of other people’s works. If you are editing someone else’s art for your own, we advise asking the artist and crediting accordingly for their usage.

Please tag your content as “#shinkaneweek” (no spaces) to be reblogged. Our submit box is also open for those who have no Tumblr blogs.
