Anyway, hiii! Yes, I’m the same Miracle Times. I have been recognized in Pinterest before as Miracle Times from Tumblr lol, I just never realized my account was popular enough to get me recognized on Tumblr

But it’s such a pleasure to meet you here! I mean you must’ve seen the amount of shinjiham stuff I post on Pinterest and I don’t think I need an introduction? Also this is technically my more formal account. At first I started posting because I was translating P3 anthology stuff for my friends, and it was nice and all, I sometimes got a laughing emoji reaction. But I barely received any reaction from them, sometimes no response. And since I genuinely put a lot of effort into translating and editing, I decided to post them somewhere, I considered Twitter at first, but Twitter didn’t exactly function as an archive, and I also considered Pinterest, but I couldn’t really post full chapters there or anything. So I remembered I had a Tumblr account and decided to start posting in it, and that’s how my Tumblr account started! But I did NOT expect it to blow up or get any traction! So I realized there are people out there who are interested in what the P3 anthologies have to offer (at first I sort of considered them the things I’m only interested in), so I decided to start posting here. And I guess there’s generally a lot of people who are interested in seeing old untouched/untranslated persona content. And tbh, there are A LOT of them! And I’ve only just touched the surface

But I’m technically still sort of new to Tumblr. I’ve barely used it, and technically the only time I properly used it is in April of this year when I started posting. And even in this blog, I barely hide the fact I absolutely love Shinjiro 🙏 Like you can sometimes clearly see the bias by scrolling through my posts. But I do try to tackle shinjiham content too! Because I absolutely love shinjiham, I mean it’s literally my banner heh

errr....it's been a long time since I've really thought abt it and had it fleshed out but it's stayed in my heart for a couple yrs now. Never played the answer and not sure what it's rly abt other than...letting go? So if this is just the plot of the answer then LOL

It has to do with a mix of the main p3 novels. I pulled a little from each. I vaguely remember..

There's a moment where Shinji saves Jin from a Shadow attack and they share a tender moment eating katsudon together. And that's where Shinjiro gets the idea behind going to meet the rest of S.E.E.S. Jin mentions them off-handedly and Shinjiro goes to see them. He's indifferent to Leader the first time they meet but thinks she's cute.

Elizabeth has both Kotone's and Shinjiro's watches after she gets door-kunned. Elizabeth was expecting Shinjiro even before his first loop because Kotone told her Shinjiro would, eventually, show up and gave her both watches for safekeeping. (Kotone grabbed his pocket watch before the first loop but Shinjiro leaves it under her pillow or asks her to hold it for him on other loops. She, at some point, gets the feeling this has happened before but largely ignores it..) El and Shinji keep their memories each loop.

Uhhh...Kotone gives Elizabeth the watches....right after the Nyx fight, I think. Like immediately iirc

Elizabeth is an enigma and not very helpful in any meaningful way but she gives Shinji the power to repeat the loop. She welcomes him back to the alternate Velvet room each time. I think in my version the colors were bright magenta/red or something?? Maybe green. Sometimes he came back bloodied and uncharacteristically frantic. Sometimes he would dip in and out, eager to reset because he thought he discovered a way to hammer out one little quirk to save her.

From what I remember, he first meets Elizabeth when he's in a coma having these weird dreams about "some girl". Kotone is blurry but the colors of her hair and outfit are there. Just blobby.

He eventually wanders around and meets Elizabeth. And they make some sort of pact with Shinjiro still being apprehensive. Elizabeth claims her reasoning for helping is because she's "just curious" about Kotone and this irks Shinjiro. He doesn't know why but it does. Like maybe she isn't telling him the whole truth or knows something he doesn't.

Anyway, I had the idea that giving Shinjiro the ability to do this comes at a cost to her. Like maybe every loop she tore a page of her book out and the thinner it was the weaker she became. Or she faces punishment from Igor? Or maybe Igor decides it's fine because he knows the true outcome of this?

They're just spinning the wheel. And I think about halfway into it they realize it? That there's nothing to be done to save her. Elizabeth before Shinjiro. But these "new, bizarre human feelings" make her want to keep going. It's like how people will watch ants carry corpses to a graveyard. Something interesting to watch.

Shinjiro decides to loop until he eventually finds a way to either "fix" the timeline or is able to accept that there is nothing he can do to save her in the end. And that's when they finally rank 11 :)

I think Shinjiro would feel too guilty to let her repeat that despite wanting to share the night with her, even if he only gets that one night with her before repeating all this traumatizing shit.

Also, I had it in my head that one of the first things he wanted to try was taking her place and then hating himself even more for being too weak. He can't even control his own persona so what makes him think he could be a wildcard or the universe... So it leads him to wondering what would happen if he never took the medication. What would happen if he had just never joined s.e.e.s at all, what would happen if he never fell for Kotone etc...but there isn't a point to wondering all of that because this was Kotone's destiny from the start.

I had this idea since before the end of my first playthrough of P3P. He gave vibes like he'd seen Kotone before. And sometimes the stuff he says sounds like he's being facetious about it? Or he hints at it like he wishes he could just tell Kotone that he's been here before.
