30. whats your favorite candle scent?

So hard! Probably Rose or Sandalwood. I’m not able to have candles in my flat rn and I really miss them. Lighting a candle and having a chill is one of my favourite things.

37. do you read a lot? whats your favorite book?

yes! I’d call myself a bookworm. Normally I say Tale of Two Cities by Charles Dickens, but I recently finished Do Not Say We Have Nothing by Madeleine Thien and it’s one of the most beautiful things I’ve ever encountered. Literally, my noticeboard is currently covered in post-it notes with quotes I loved from that book. 

48. who is your role model?

Tricky, because I always feel like having role models tends to be hideously dangerous business. Always in danger of being let down etc. That said, I’m a big fan of Ursula K Le Guin, Nikesh Shukla and Hana Walker Brown.

64. Favorite dipping sauce?

Haha, I feel like my answers are very British: but I love horseradish and english mustard. Also, soy and sweet chilli sauce. Do these even count as dipping sauces…??

3. What is your happiest memory? Oh man. I always try to think about this (because I always try to think of what I would use if I needed to cast a patronus charm, naturally) but - and this is going to sound really whatever - I’m really lucky to have a lot of happy memories. Singing YNWA at Steven Gerrard’s last home game, riding bikes from the British Museum to the train station (it wasn’t that far but *riding bikes through London*), endless dark car rides with the windows down and music up really high singing as loud as I could. I could never pick just one because it’s almost an injustice to all the others that I have. 

4. What is your favourite colour? Peach or coral. Any shade of orangey-pink, really. With special appearances by purple, navy blue, and kelly green! 

7. What personality traits do you find endearing? Kindness. Always. Just be kind, and considerate. 

8. What personality traits do you find attractive? I honestly couldn’t tell you until I witnessed them! Cop out, I know. 

11. Who is your favourite artist? Alice X. Zhang, with a little bit of Van Gogh and Monet!
