heyyy x do you have some more shifting tips you can share? 😁 i love reading your posts
my biggest piece of advice is make shifting enjoyable!! if you go into an attempt sighing and groaning because you're thinking about all the steps you have to do and all the time its going to take, SWITCH IT UP!!
if you like counting but don't want to count to 100, girl just count to 20. if you like visualizing but don't want to have to visualize yourself going through 40 different doors before you get to interact with you s/o, change it up. have your s/o walk you through all 40 doors, idfk, whatever you want.
if you find staying still excruciating, SCRATCH THAT ITCH. ROLL OVER. GET COMFY. RUB YOUR LEGS TOGETHER LIKE A CRICKET.
if you don't like lying down, sit. hell, you could be swinging, it literally does notttttt matter. whatever gets you into a state that feels right TO YOU, just do it !!!!!
BUT ALSO, remember that shifting is limitless and that you can also be uncomfortable and still shift. i shifted to my mlb dr once in my car sweating my ass off, head pounding, itchy asf, all because i was low on gas and didnt wanna turn on the ac while waiting for my mom to come out the dmv. came back disoriented asf BUT STILL
basically, while shifting is limitless and can happen in any scenario and condition, it doesn't mean that you have to subject yourself to uncomfortable conditions. yes you can probably shift by following a method exactly. but you can also shift while doing what makes you comfortable and happy. if you want to do a feel good routine before hand, thats great! if you want to just fall asleep and wake up there, also great. stop putting expectation on one thing being what makes you shift. shifting can and WILL happen no matter what, so make the experience enjoyable ‼️‼️
also don't let others guide your journey. you are your biggest help and your ultimate guide. listen to yourself.
