Whether hiking, cycling or paddling I will always stop to pick rubbish up! It's so sad how much of that rubbish is single use plastic! In this picture I stopped some rubbish floating in the sea, managed to get it without falling in!! @british.canoeing , alongside The Canoe Foundation, is supporting the next @surfersagainstsewage campaign; the ‘Plastic Protest’. Home! After 5 beautiful days in Devon we are back to reality today, well almost today we are taking Alex's family paddleboarding in Wales! We had an amazing time paddleboarding in the sea (Alex still assures me he had a good time, even though I only have about 4 pictures of him actually smiling!) I finally learnt to paddle stood up (granted it was for 2 mins, then my core went to the Haribo it's made of)!
