Me, before the leonardo trailer: I don't know I wish they kept going with medici rather than start a show about leonardo Me, after: I WANT IT SO BAD (not that I understood a word of it ciao is the 1 word I know for sure lmao -I tried watching medici season 3 in italian because I couldn't wait for it but didn't understand much of what was happening + I legit thought Bianca was poisoning Lorenzo + was low-key rooting for her because even tho I didn't understand him I knew Lorenzo was being an ass)
ME on the one hand the art plotlines were always the least interesting to me in medici but the leonardo trailer just!! looks so good!! and sufficiently schemey and politics-y despite having art as the focus. most of the dialogue was just classic Dramatic But Vague trailer dialogue, the major takeaways are lots of waxing poetic about art + leo has a forbidden love, is accused of murder, and suffers a betrayal
but oh my god bianca poisoning lorenzo is the s3 alternate ending we need jdfhkg i’m dying can you imagine the drama of that!!! would’ve been a solid Good For Her from me
