  The two mobians grunted as they landed and rolled backwards on the pavement, ring clanging to the blacktop. The hedgehog groaned as he pushed himself back up, one hand on his throbbing head.

* 🌓 。.:*:・'゜☆

 “ You okay? ”

 “ I ᗩᗰ ᖴIᑎᕮ.     ᗪᗩᗰᑎ ᗰOᑎSTᕮᖇS... ”

  A blaring horn caused the pair to jerk their heads up, ducking away as a flying car swerved just enough to avoid them. The driver yelled out the window at them... and they were distinctly non-mobian.

The little robot paused as he wandered by, cocking his head to one side. He didn’t often wander around when the kids were working on schoolwork. At least until they came to him for help of some sort. But he’d needed to ask his brother something, and he found himself pausing at Frida’s door.

That battle had been something that Volt hadn’t been completely prepared for walking into and the fact that Harmony had taken the fighting rather badly, scaling up his side to be held tightly in his arms. Once it was over was when the hybrid made his approach and called out.

The hydraulics moving caught the toddler’s ears first but Volt was the one to spot the movement and the red hair, frowning in response to the young girl’s forced smile. He knew that look very well and set Harmony on her feet so he could get closer. 

“Can you stand? Or will you need help getting out of... this... robot?” He really wasn’t sure what the girl was piloting, but judging by the fact it was metallic, he just assumed. Harmony took to hopping from foot to foot nearby while waiting.

              “....... Giant robot”
