With less than 24hrs in Jordan, you’d really think I probably couldn’t see much. But trust and believe, where there is a will, there is a way! ☝🏾 With a flight ✈️ at 4:45pm…I had to be real creative. Every time, I asked someone for advice on how best to get an area, most would tell me “Oh it’s just 15 minutes walking.” I have learned that 90% of the time if you are told this, you better double that time - make it 30 minutes. 😂 Plus, I could see the place that I wanted to go to located on top of a hill or mountain of some sort, from the cafe I ate it. With all the winding streets and heat, I know that trek was no 15 minutes on foot. Lol ………………………. So how did I really get around so quickly? Uber ⚡️ProTip : Before traveling to a country, see what taxi-hailing or ride-sharing services exist. Don’t get me wrong, I enjoy walking, busing, or even the train, but you’d be surprised how cheap some of the taxi prices are in certain countries. For example, a 15-20 min ride to the main site I wanted to see in Jordan cost me about $2 USD.
