Things that make me happy : 

The sunrise over the mountains 

The cool weather at 6am 

Long car rides with my favorite music 

Brunch with a friend 

Snow 

A good book + coffee 

Breakfast with family 

Sunsets Rainy days 

Jogging around town 

Late night workouts

I am going to be starting a little project called the “Happy Diary”, in which I will be posting little things which make me (and others) happy. Just to remind us all of the small pleasures in life.
