In every iteration where Fraphne is a thing*, Fred doesn't treat Daphne very great. Daphne's more of a free spirit(this becomes more and more evident with every version of the show they create) and Fred always stays the same over ambitious, over-obsessed-with-the-case type of guy(also same VA in most of the works since 1969, I will go into a year long mourning period when he's no longer)

(*except the live action movies but the actors were actually in love so maybe that's why, and their relationship isn't until the end anyway)

Also Daphne treats Shaggy and Scooby the best out of everyone too. In the earlier versions where it was a running gag for Daphne to be kidnapped, Shaggy and Scooby noticed first more times than the others. Shaggy actively cried when he thought they lost her in 13 Ghosts, MULTIPLE TIMES. He actively cares about everyone in the gang when Fred and Velma don't always seem to share the sentiment. But you know who does? Daphne.

Merry Christmas! Here is year number 7 of my annual Shaphne Christmasredraw! Up until now, I had not seen the full version of the comic that had inspired it. But last year, after Christmas, I finally received a copy of one of the Christmas 1990 Look-In Magazines with the comic in it's full form!
