Never know what you'r eating Aigor's in town for a couple days stayin at mine. Both of us are workin so it's a bit difficult to find the time to paint yet last night during dinner we decided we had to go out to this spot I had seen on the 3/4 line way up north. A very visible spot from the subway as it's right at a entrance so the subway slows down for quite a bit perfect to admire our peices. Even if we are partialy hidden from the street, the building behind still has activity and guards walk in and out of the entrance just a couple meters the right (u can see the side of the gate on the flick). While we ate in this nice vietnamese restaurant, we talked about ideas, he had one with two hotdogs with the mayo spelling our names that sounded good yet we thought it'd be best to add an asian touch. The idea moved on to writing our names with sushi but we where having trouble figuring out how we could pull that off. We liked the idea of having big hands with chopsticks picking out our letters so in the end we decided fuck it lets just do hands with chopsticks eating whoknowswhatthiscouldbe :-D I had some latex from last sunday and some green colorant for it so it made us a good bucket of green then with a couple other cans we where all set, grabbed my little ladder and off we went marchin on at 11pm. For this peice we first placed the chopsticks then I did the hands and Aigor did the letters, we both adding details in the end. We chose not to outline the letters to give it more of a grimmy look instead of a cartoonie one, real happy we did this. Finished this around 1, had to duck at a moment when people started entering the building behind but luckily no one noticed us. by Dezio one
