Fried Chicken Saturday 4/04
I made a simple fried chicken yesterday.
Serves 2-4
You will need: 1/3 cup flour 1 tbsp chili powder 1 tsp pepper 1 tsp salt 1 beaten egg 2 chicken breast cut into little strips
Combine the flour, chili powder, pepper and salt in a bowl.
Coat the strips in the egg and then in the flour mixture thoroughly.
Fry the chicken strips in oil. I used enough oil for a shallow fry but you can deep fry it if you like.
