From the TV show "Shafted" on Netflix... episode 3 "From Bad To Worse"
Shafted
tfw you were waiting for a newer/better six-inch Moff Gideon figure, but then you learn through a single throwaway line in the boba fett show that he's going to be written off into oblivion because of course, so you just say "fuck it," and buy the so-called ~~vintage~~ four-inch version of him because he's only nine bucks at Walmart now. 😑
At least he scales okay with my Grogu?

This is less of an ask and more of a comment. I agree. I read this entire post. Some of which went deeper than needed. But yes. They were falling in love. And yes, I think killing her off without exploring more was an easy way out. It was more than sex. And any second season better include Julia faking her death to run away with Budd or flashbacks or I'm not watching it. Having him mend his family at the end bugged me. It isn't where he belongs. Good post.
This is super old and I'm not sure which post it refers to (!) but I agree with anything lavenderbudd. I'm not sure that there will be a s2 now, not when Richard is doing big blockbuster movies. And as much as I admired his performance, I was there for Keeley and won't be back if she won't be. It's not just that I'm a disgruntled fan. The feminist in me just can't get behind fridging the "difficult", complex, challenging older woman with whom the male protagonist has a brief bridging relationship only in order to get him back with the sweet blonde thing who merely acts as the "reward" for the returning war hero.

Could they pack any more misogynistic cliches into that ending?
