Today was a long time dream come true. I went to S.F Pride with @universetraveler today and it was so lovely and spectacular! I have been wanting to go to Pride for so long now and I’m so thankful I got to go today and that it was so beautiful and special. I don’t think it would have been the same had I gone before this year. I am the most proud, the most open, and the most confident in myself that I’ve ever been. I love who I’ve become and who I am still working to be. Pride is a great reminder that this fight started as a riot. It started with people dying for their right to live peacefully and lovingly. It started with them and we are carrying it forward and we still have more fight in us. More to say, more to do, and more to love.
