I'll be happy to share! His lore is still under construction but I'll simplify it to the best of my ability.

My OC Darien, is more of a solitary fighter before he met Bison, living alone and chilling, doing his own thing. He was trained in chinese martial arts when he tried to be a monk. Then long story short, he also had the old man Gen teach him some skills for awhile.

He was saved by Bison from a near-death experience / battle with Akuma, and was granted psycho power.

(How he came to know Akuma was through Gen, and he wanted to challenge him after hearing stories and feats about him.)

However, his body was not stable enough to maintain the power and thus his left eye had visible lasting effects of the psycho power given to him.

And from that day on he was 'indebted' to Bison. But of course, not the obsessive kind of way that F.A.N.G is towards him, it's more of a growing realisation that Bison remained on his mind and it slowly developed into a one-sided crush (or not!)

Then comes SF6 lore with amnesiac Bison... obviously he doesn't remember him but Darien still wanted to know how he was doing after he disappeared post SFV events, and so he spent years searching for the older man --> they reunite --> happy ending lalala (possibly a one-sided thing again. who knows! )
