Yesterday I was contacted by a friend that my artwork (DA/ TUMBLR) was used in a credits section for the translation of Owari no Seraph and the chapter has been reposted to various other manga translating websites. 

Let me be clear in stating that this person did not have my permission to use my artwork in this way, and it is clearly written on the deviantart link that one cannot use my artwork for themselves/ repost. Although it is difficult to ask to remove the page (primarily since I have found this chapter has already been reposted to a variety of manga sites already, and because I am unable to contact this ToxicPunk person/ magafox has not activated my account yet), it must be understood that I am not pleased that this person has chosen to use my artwork without asking, even if the left the credit was left on the image.

Both my tumblr and deviantart are placed on the image, and therefore if one was to come across the image it would be no difficult task to contact me on either one of those websites and simply ask if you could use an image. It must be understood that reposting artwork is both disrespectful and offensive, especially since myself or another artist has it written that an individual may not use the artwork for themself. Leaving the credit placed on the image is no excuse or 'defense' for using the artwork without consent. In any and every case, you must ask an artist if you can use their work, there are no exceptions. I do not like discovering by my friends and followers that someone has been using my work without my consent to do so, and it must be know that it is very upsetting and frustrating to learn that someone has reposted your work. 

As I cannot do much considering I have to wait for mangafox to activate my account (which for some reason is taking a very long time) I ask that if you have an account on a website where you see my work or another artist’s work has been used and consent has not been given you report that page to the moderators/ website.
