What if saying “no” isn’t selfish…
What if it’s sacred? ✨
How many times have you said yes when everything inside you was saying no?
Yes because you didn’t want to disappoint someone.
Yes because you were afraid of being called selfish.
Yes because you wanted to keep the peace.
Yes because you were so used to putting everyone else first that you forgot to ask yourself what you actually wanted.
Every yes you give against your own truth has a cost.
Your energy.
Your peace.
Your time.
And sometimes… your relationship with yourself.
A sacred boundary isn’t about punishing others or becoming cold.
It’s about being able to say:
“I can love you without abandoning myself.” 💜
You are allowed to say no.
You are allowed to change your mind.
You are allowed to protect your energy.
And you are allowed to choose yourself without feeling guilty.
Because every sacred no creates space for a more authentic yes.
✨ I explore the power of saying no, setting sacred boundaries, and reclaiming your sovereignty in my latest video on The Alchemy of the Divine Feminine.
Watch it here and ask yourself:
Where in my life am I saying yes when my soul is asking me to say no?
