After 84 years of my inbox collecting dust.... I have finally answered a PROMPT! HUZZAH. lmao
this is set....sometime after kotfe.....i think. Ambiguous for mystery reasons you understand. xD
(under a readmore for length....)
(yes i know it's a microprompt dont look at me like that!xD)
Night had descended. The endless sands of Tatooine stretched out into the infinite darkness before them as a small group made their way onwards. It wasnât wise to be out this far into the Jundland wastes during the bright light of day, it was even more dangerous at night. Sattura kept her steps even as they crossed sand dune after sand dune.
âUnder cover of darknessâŚ.â Seth muttered from next to her with a shake of his head. âWho talks like that?â
âSIS agents apparently,â Sattura replied with a smirk.
âI heard that,â Theronâs voice came from behind her, his tone held some amusement though he was attempting to sound the opposite.
âOh! My most humble apologies,â Sattura tossed back at him, a slight chuckle in her voice. âI was referring to silly SIS agents who feel the need to add an air of mystery to everything.â
âIs that right? Well, thatâs not me, clearly,â Theron said, his voice holding the sound of his smile. âI donât need to add mystery. Iâm the epitome of it.â
Seth snorted a laugh, âYouâre so full of shit.â
âGuilty as charged.â
Sattura laughed as she glanced at her datapad, the screen dimmed so as not to burn out her eyes in this pitch dark. âWeâre nearly there.â
âRemind me why weâre looking for a JawaâŚ.at night?â Seth asked as they crested another sand dune.
âBecause heâs not actually a Jawa,â Theron answered, stepping up to Satturaâs other side.
âThat still doesnât explain the night bit.â
âBecause according to that silly SIS agent, Manzro refuses anyone seeking him during daylight,â Sattura said. âAnd heâs our best lead on finding out who tried to kill us on Bespin.â

SWTOR prompt: â Discovery that the OC is force-sensitive (as AU if the OC isnât normally)
okay so.... this got a BIT LONG. Like... much longer than i expected.
So this is really for Seth but... Theron decided he wanted to be narrator (Which accounts for WHY this got so long.) So enjoy.
"You're a Wizard, Seth!"
The sounds of battle raged around them. Blaster fire, the hum of lightsabers, shouts of pirates and scavengers⌠The din of the skirmish was its own soundtrack in a way, one each of them knew intimately after all these years of war with the Sith Empire, with Valkorianâs Eternal Fleet and everything in between. Theron was no stranger to any of it, flitting from the shadows and into the thick of it, his blasters firing in tandem. His focus was on the battlefield, his cybernetics flashed as they worked to his advantage. The ruins of Taris didnât necessarily make the battle harder, but it didnât necessarily make it easier.
He cursed under his breath when he caught sight of another group of enemies makign their way towards the battle. There was but a split of second of realization that this group was making a b-line straight for twin indigo lightsabers that flashed and danced not to far from him. This was old hat for Sattura, for all of them really, Theron wasnât too worried but still he wasnât really liking their odds at this point.
A spray of blaster fire shout out from near his Jedi, but the indigo light of the bolts told him who those blasters belonged to. Satturaâs twin brother, Seth. The smuggler sent the suppressing round of fire out with minimal effort, mowing down several pirates that were getting a bit too close to Sattura for even Theronâs comfort.
(The rest is under the cut for length!)
The angry red hiss of Lana Benikoâs lightsaber flashed about from Theronâs other side. He and Lana fell into an easy routine just as the Rand Twins did. Thus, the battle raged on the newest additions of scavengers and pirates joined the fray, raising the ante and the stakes. While the four Alliance members were able to cut down the majority of them, there was a point when Theron felt a need, a sense of urgency to get the hells out of dodge.
The twisted ground beneath his feet trembled suddenly, violently as the sounds of an explosion not too far away could be heard. He had a bad feeling about thisâŚ
âArgh!â Lanaâs voice cried out, a stray blaster bolt knicking her shoulder and spinning her around. Theron was on the target instantly, sending the scavenger to the ground without so much as a thought.
âYou good?â He called out, his eyes flicking over her as she stood, an expression of annoyance and anger on her face. She was fine.
âStupid question,â She muttered before launching herself back into the fray.
His amber gaze scanned the battlefield falling on the white haired mirialan woman heâd been looking for. Her twin lightsabers blazed and twirled in a dance of destruction even as she was back to back with her brother.
The roaring sound of ancient metal creeked, groaned and tore from above them. It was an alarming sound, and not exactly part of the normal battlefield soundtrack. It screeched, the ground trembled again. He looked aroundâŚHis cybernetics locking onto a large structure of duracrete and durasteel. Whatever explosion was causing the ground to tremble had affected the already waning integrity of the ancient piece of building.
âSattura, Seth, we gotta go, now!â Theron shouted into his comm, his voice also carrying over the battlefield.
âBit busy here!â Seth called back. Neither Mirialan had noticed the trembling structure.
âThat really big, really wide piece of ancient building is about to come crashin-â
Satturaâs sharp cry of pain through the comm cut him off, his eyes on her immediately as she fell back. Seth caught her easily, still firing his blaster. Theron ran, dodging, weaving and knocking down whoever got in his way.
âLets go!â He said, though he could barely be heard as the structure started itâs descent. Chunks of it already falling. Theronâs arm was instantly around Satturaâs waist, holding her against him. She had a wound in her side and one down her back. Her breath was unsteady but she was still conscious, and looking up with wide eyes.
The falling boulders were alarming enough but when the structure shifted, teetering over and rushing towards them, Theron realized with a sense of cold dread. It was much too large for them all to cover the distance required to get out from under it. On instinct, he pulled Sattura closer, angling his body and wrapping his arms around her as if to protect her from it even though such an impact would no doubt kill them both.
Then silence descended on them abruptly.
His first thought where that it had been painless then his brain caught up as he saw Satturaâs eyes, wide and very much alive. Reflected in those violet depths was the chunks of the debrisâŚ
When he looked up, he saw it. The large ancient structure that had been certain to kill all of them was hovering above them, in large broken chunks of twisted metal and duracrete. He glanced back at Sattura, the shock in her expression told him it wasnât her use of the force.
âEither start running orâŚâ Sethâs strained voice sounded. âOr this was a wasteâŚof effort.â
Theronâs amber gaze widened, seeing the smuggler standing, his arms up and outstretched towards the debris. Muscles quaked and shook, his breathing was short and haggard. The Force flowing through him but he was struggling.
âMove it!â He growled.
âSethâŚâ Satturaâs voice cut through his growl with calmness as she reached an unsteady hand over to him. Theron kept hold of her as she placed her hand on her brotherâs arm. Her eyes closed and there was a faint glimmer of light that Theron would normally assume was a trick of the shadows and daylight. Only it wasnât.
At his sisterâs touch and no doubt her own added force strength, Sethâs visible struggle eased. His breathing returned to normal, his muscles didnât strain as hard. Sattura tensed in Theronâs arms but he held her up. He didnât like the way she trembled but he wasnât about to stop whatever force work was going on.
With a surge of the Force so strong even Theron could feel it as it created its own wind, ruffling his hair and pulling at his jacket, the Mirialan twins sent the ruined debris tumbling through the air. It wasnât a long-distance but enough that the danger it originally posed was no longer there.
Once they were safe, Sattura dropped her hand and fell heavily against Theron. Seth let out a long, trembling breath as Lana rushed up to them her eyes wide in shock. For a long moment, they could only stare at Seth.
âWhat?â He asked gruffly with a shrug of his shoulders, trying to brush it off. Lana blinked at him.
âYouâreâŚâ She started but the Sith Lord suddenly seemed to forget how to articulate.
âYouâre a wizard, Seth,â Theron threw out there, trying to head off the building tension. There wasnât exactly time for this and Sattura needed medical attention. Seth snorted but shook his head. Satturaâs grip on Theron only tightened as she tried to maintain her composure.
âTheron-â Lana said nearly rounding on him.
âLook, Iâll explain later but let'sin get the void out of here,â Seth said, his tone uncharacteristically sharp and brokering no argument.
âNo argument here,â Theron said, sweeping Sattura up bridal style in his arms. She opened her mouth to protest but only managed a grimace. âSorry, Sweetheart,â He said as they quickly made their way back to the makeshift Alliance base.
The silence was heavy during the trek, cut only by Satturaâs soft gasps of pain. Once they were back at the base, however, and Sattura was seen to. Theron heard the heated voices of Lana and Seth. Though they were int the next tent over, they werenât exactly keeping quiet.
âWhen you were going to mention you were force-sensitive?â Lana demanded, anger in her voice.
âUh, never, clearly,â Seth answered, his voice nonchalant.
âWhat? How is it- Was this something Valkorian-â
âNo. Iâve been force-sensitive all my life, Lana. Now let it go-â
âLet it go? Have you completely lost your mind? This is important-â
âWhy?â Seth demanded. âAngry that I might go run off to the Jedi?â
âOf course not!â
âGood, cause that will never happen," Seth stated with a finality in his voice. There was a pause, and the conversation seemed to drop off before he heard footsteps. The flap of the tent Theron and Sattura were in opened. Seth strode in, his face a mask of the same Jedi stoicism heâd seen on Sattura more than once.
Theron glanced between the two Mirialans, uncertain what to do or even say. Sure what had happened was a pretty darn big realization but from what heâd overheard, it was clearly a very sore, sensitive subject for the smuggler.
âYou alright?â Seth asked his sister. She glanced at him for a moment before nodding.
âOf course, you?â She said, raising an eyebrow at him.
Seth sighed and ran a hand over his face, âHonestly? I donât know.â
âFor what itâs worth,â Theron spoke up, bringing two sets of violet eyes towards him. âYou saved our asses out there. Thatâs gotta count for something, right?â
âHonorable?â Captain Apophis Seth Rand snorted into his whiskey and gave Risha a look. âThatâs hilarious, Princess.â
âYou disagree?â Risha asked him surprised, catching the curious tilt of Corsoâs head.
âVehemently, yeah,â The white-haired Mirialan said throwing her a smirk that didnât quite reach his eyes. âThereâs nothing honorable about me.â
Featuring: Seth Rand and Corso Riggs, Sattura Rand and Kira Carsen (gen)
Synopsis: Just a couple of moments during Chapter one of the vanilla game, on the planet Taris.
Word Count: 1,797 words
Author Notes: Seth and Sattura dont know theyâre both on Taris at the same time until the last possible second.
(Taris, Seth)
âThis place is like a literal trash bin,â Seth muttered as he and Corso picked their way through the ruin-strewn wilderness of Coruscant. The planet had once been a city that had come close to rivaling Taris. But that was three hundred years ago before Darth Malak had bombarded it. âLike a trash bin for a galaxy-sized GiantâŚâ
âI feel ya on that, Captain,â Corso agreed. âYou think the Republic can really rebuild this place?â
Seth shrug as he ducked under a low-hanging structure that he could only assume was once a possible roadâŚ.maybe a floor belonging to an upper level. It was overgrown with various fungi and plant life. Three centuries of utter abandonment and neglect wrapped around the ancient rusting duracrete and durasteel. âMaybe, but itâs going to take them a hell of a long time. Especially with the Rakghouls running around andâŚdoing whatever it is they do.â
âRakghoulsâŚâ Corso said with a shudder. âDonât wanna run into those.â
(the rest is under the cut for length!)
âWell, we might, but hopefully not,â Seth said. He wasnât about to reveal his force connection to the kid, not yet anyway. He could sense various other beings around them, mostly animals. He just assumed they were all predatory. He expected the Rakghouls would be of a similar feel. Probably feel threatened by anything, not like them, turn hostile. They hadnât come into direct contact with any Rakghouls yet, but they hadnât been outside the Republic Base, Olaris, for very long and it was only a matter of time. Until then, he was trying to keep himself and Corso from detection of anything nearby. There was a strangeâŚfeeling, however. It seemed to filter through the areas, possibly the planet, in waves. The feeling was like walking through spider-webs, the silky tiny strands wisping across his skin but with a heavy sense of confusion.
He was trying not to think about it too much. The faster they found that damn vault of Rishaâs, the faster they could get the hells away from this death-trap garbage bin.
(Taris, Sattura)
Taris wasâŚunsettling to say the least. Even from orbit, the young Jedi could feel the way the planet still twisted and writhed in the echos of the destruction that had been brought down on it three centuries prior. She knew her padawan and friend, Kira felt it. Theyâd exchanged a look when landing the ship. There was a feeling ofâŚwispy spiderwebs that seemed to meander through the planet as if the ghosts of all the lives lost were trying to reach out and touch them.
âDoctor Godera sure picked a great vacation spot,â Kira said as they stepped out of the Olaris Spaceport.
Sattura gave an amused snort, âPretty sure he was looking to disappear not necessarily a vacation.â
âWhat's the difference in a place like this?â Kira said, shaking her head. âIâm not knocking the Republicâs effort to restore the planet butâŚthis isâŚâ She trailed off, searching for the words.
âA substantial undertaking?â Sattura provided helpfully as they continued through the base.
âSubstantial sounds like an understatement, to be honest,â Kira pointed out. âStill thoughâŚThink they can do it? Bring Taris back?â
Sattura considered for a moment, her violet gaze flitting over the ruins of buildings, skyscrapers in the distance. âIt wonât happen overnight. And hopefully, its those in charge will keep their patience. I donât think theyâll bring Taris back to itâs former gloryâŚbut I like to think that with patience and perseverance, the Republic can make it a place where people can live and build good lives.â
Kira was silent for a while as they exited the base, the scenery changing to one of ancient desolation. There was a flicker of apprehension.
âWhat if they don't have patience?â Kira asked.
âI donât honestly know butâŚthis place may remain a tomb in that regard,â Sattura answered honestly. âBut the restoration and rebuilding efforts have only just begun, Kira. Thereâs no reason, yet, to lose hope.â
âYouâre rightâŚWell,â Kira said then took a breath, shaking off whatever had plagued her before. âWeâve got the coordinates for Doctor Goderaâs little base. Shall we go knock?â
Satturaâs lips quirked in amusement before she gave a nod, âStay alert though. I have a feeling this place has much more hiding in the shadows than the ghosts of the past.â
âYeah likeâŚrakghouls,â Kira said with a slight shudder.
They continued on.
(Taris, Seth and Sattura)
The day had progressed onwards and rather uneventfully for Seth and Corso. They were able to avoid the groupings of Rakghouls easily enough. Sethâs demeanor had shifted slightly, growing more and more tense the further from Olaris they got. He tried to keep it from his companion. The planet was justâŚunsettling to him both in the physical and in the Force. He could have shut off his focus on the Force. He did it well enough already. He didnât use his full force potential anymore, it was a remnant of an old life but here, on Taris?
This wasnât a place, he was willing to be fully blind in.
He heard it before he saw it but even then it was already too late.
A skittering, a sickening grotesque chitter from his left sounded before he picked up on the twisted presence in the Force. The rakghoul sprang from where it was hidden beside a tree growing around an ancient bit of rumble. His violet eyes snapped up, watching as it hurled itself towards Corso, who was reacting a second too late.
His first instinct, one he constantly had to resist, was to reach out with the Force but instead, he lifted his blaster, Anarchy, and pulled the trigger. His aim was perfect, the bolt hitting the beast in the side of the head as it flew through the air towards Corso. The impact of the bolt sent it spinning away. Corso blinked in surprise and slight confusion as Seth lowered his arm.
âTh-thanks, Capân,â Corso said with a slight breathlessness to him. The young farm boy was no stranger to fighting yet, even so, Seth couldnât blame the kid for being even remotely disturbed. He wasnât too keen on the idea of suddenly being faced with a rakghoul flying at him-
âCaptain!â Corso shouted suddenly, his brown eyes fixed on a point somewhere behind the Mirialan. He was readying his own blaster when Seth heard it. The tell-tale skittering, the faint haunting chittering of not just one RakghoulâŚbut several of them. The blaster shot no doubt had gotten their attention. Without turning around, he could sense them, hostile and movingâŚfast.
Seth met Corsoâs gaze and spoke one word.
âRun.â
There was little hesitation for either man, they bolted. Booted feet hitting the ground and kicking up dirt and underbrush. They ran, jumping and dodging roots, rubble. So focused on the Rakghouls chasing them, that Seth didnât pick up on the too familiar presence he and Corso were rapidly descending upon. Not until they broke through a dense patch of foliage only to skid to a stop, blinking at the blades of green and indigo light suddenly in their path.
âOh whoaâŚUh⌠Weâre not bad guys, I swear, Ladies,â Corso rushed out, his hands up in surrender and his brown eyes wide at the red-haired woman in front of him, her green lightsaber inches from him.
Sethâs own gaze was rising above the indigo light, the color so very familiar to him. It was as familiar as the presence he was now registering. When his violet eyes locked with eyes of the very same shade and color, he simply couldnât believe it.
This couldnât be real.
âSeth?â The Mirialan Jedi said his name, her voice as familiar as his own. Her violet eyes were wide in surprise, shock shifting around her in the Force.
âSatturaâŚâ Seth said, fairly certain that his face was a mirror of hers.
His twin sister thumbed her lightsaber off, hooking the intricately carved hilt to her belt, still staring at him. Then quite suddenly, she smiled and launched herself at him. He felt affection and amusement bubble around her as he caught her easily, her laughter rich and infectious. His own laughter rumbled around them as he hugged his sister tightly. He was vaguely aware of Corso and the other Jedi were staring at the two of them, eyebrows raised.
âYouâre a surprise and a half to see here,â Seth said, setting her down and resting his hands on her arms as their embrace ended. Sattura chuckled and squeezed his arm right back.
âSurprise is an understatement,â She said, tilting her head at him before stepping back from him completely. Her smile hadnât faded and neither had his when they turned back to their respective companions.
âKira, this is my twin brother, Seth,â Sattura started off the introduction. âSeth, this my fellow Jedi and padawan, Kira Carsen.â
âPleasure to meet you,â Kira said, amusement glittering in her eyes as she extended her hand.
âPleasure is all mine,â Seth said, automatically giving her a charming smirk as he took her hand. Mischief was afoot when he placed a chaste kiss on her knuckles before letting go. He didnât have to see his sister to know she was rolling her eyes.
âSeth,â She said quietly, her voice disapproving.
âDonât worry, Master, suave and charm donât work well on me,â Kira laughed.
Seth chuckled then glanced at Corso, âWell, introductions yes? Corso this is my sister, Sattura. Sattura, meet the most chivalrous man this side of the Republic, Corso Riggs.â
âNice to meet ya, Maâam, er.. Master Jedi,â Corso said, as gentlemanly as ever, holding his hand out. Sattura gave him a warm smile, accepting his hand with a friendly shake.
âLikewise,â She said. âAs you know by now, this is Kira.â
âThe charming one, I would say,â Kira chuckled, giving Corso a nod of greeting.
âOh, Corso can be really charming when he wants to be-â Seth was saying until the memory of what he and Corso had been running from came back to him in a rush.
âSeth?â
He glanced around, eyes moving to the tree line behind them, âWeâve gotta go. Unless you fancy tangling with a mess of Rakghouls.â
âWhy-â Sattura started and it was the look on her face that told him she sensed the mindless beasts heading their way.
With a hand on her arm, he jerked his head to Corso who immediately fell into action, readying his blaster and falling behind Kira who was leading the way through the rest of the underbrush.
âAlways have to make an entrance, donât you?â Sattura chided lightly as they ran, her voice barely breathless.
âYou know it, sister mine,â Seth retorted with a wink.
Synopsis: Just a couple of moments during the Smuggler storyline on Coruscant.
Word Count: 938 words
Author Notes: Seth has a VERY good reason for wanting to catch SkavakâŚand heâs not too worried what happens to the bastard either.
(Coruscant 1)
âSo, weâre gonna catch Skavak, Captain,â Corso said, a hint of concern in his voice. âI know that, butâŚwhat are you going to do when we do catch him?â
Seth turned his head from his drink, the sideways smirk that Corso had come to find as ever-present on the Mirialanâs face disappeared and a dark expression came over his eyes, darkening the violet irises. âIâm going to kill him, Corso.â There was no joke, no amusement, not even sarcasm evident in the manâs voice. Corso blinked and for a brief moment, it was like he was looking at someone else.
âOh,â Was all Corso could say. It wasnât the answer that had him speechless, it was the change in the Captainâs tone and demeanor.
âDoes that bother you, farm-boy?â Seth asked, his expression smoothed but the dark look remained in his eyes.
(The rest is under the cut for length!)
âWell, no, not really,â Corso answered, âI mean I did figure you would, he stole your ship and Skavak deserves it, no doubt in my mind, Captain.â
âIâm not killing him over my ship,â Seth said, taking a sip of his whiskey. âWell, not just my ship.â
Corso frowned, âThe cargo? Leaving us stranded on Ord Mantell and getting you slapped with a bounty by Rogun the Butcher?â
âNo,â Seth said, downing the rest of his whiskey and standing up from his seat at the table. âMy daughter is on that shipâŚâ
Corso froze, staring at the white-haired Mirialan as the Captain made his way to the bar and paid for their dinner. The Captain had a daughter? That threw the Mantellian for a loop. That was completely unexpected, then again, it wasnât his business either. But this bit of information made some things about the Captain make a lot more sense, such as the Captainâs treatment of the kids theyâd come across during their chase of Skavak here on Coruscant. The Captain changed tracks and their priorities on the credit chit for the children theyâd encountered in the HydrosupplyâŚand the young girl in Justicar Territory.
Corso had noticed the almost fatherly-like tone in Sethâs voice and later the way heâd put himself in harm's way automatically to protect the girlâs brother⌠Yeah, many things made more sense. Skavak was more than just a dead man.
âLetâs go, Corso,â Seth called, pulling the Mantellian from his thoughts. The sideways smirk was back as the Captain waved him to follow.
(Coruscant 2)
The ship was just beyond the hangar door and Fabizan was a blubbering mess on the floor. Seth kept his blaster, Mischief, pointed at the Bith as he glared the ship salesman down. âYou open this hanger door or Iâll space you here and now.â Nothing was going to stop him from getting into that hangarâŚbut it would be easier if the Bith would open it. The Bith muttered something incoherent and Seth lowered his head as he pressed the barrel of his blaster against Fabizanâs head.
âLast chance,â Seth growled in a low tone, from deep in his throat.
To the Bithâs credit, he nodded and fumbled in his tunic pockets for something. âYes, yesâŚâ he muttered as he sent a remote signal to the door. The Hangar opened with the slightest of groans, revealing his ship, Lucky Strike, sitting there.
âGood,â Seth said, keeping his blaster where it was. âAny surprises I should be aware of?â
Fabizan shook his head, stuttering out his answer, âN-no, Promise.â
âGood,â Seth nodded, âOne more thing, if I see you again, with Skavak⌠Iâm not going to be talking when I take off your head.â
If the Bithâs eyes could get any wider, theyâd swallow his head. He nodded vehemently.
Seth stepped back, holstering his blaster. âGet out of hereâŚ.â He said and without a second look, he took off into the hangar bay, running towards his ship. Heâd check the ship over later, there was one thing he needed to see, needed to make sure was safe above all others. He had the hatch open in a matter of seconds and stepped through, his blaster in hand. There was no telling if Skavak had any other idiotic goons on the ship⌠He carefully made his way through the main corridor towards the second cargo bay. He hoped against hope that KâTeena had hidden herself in the secret compartment heâd installed just for her. It had been days, weeks since Skavak had stolen the shipâŚ
Entering the cargo bay, he approached the back. He could sense another person, unfamiliar on the ship and heâd deal with them soon. But first⌠At the back bulkhead, he paused, crouching down, he knocked on a panel in a specific rhythm. There was a moment of silence that seemed to last forever, his heart pounded in his chest. He could sense her presence nearby, like the morning dew as the sun first rose in the morning.
He rapped his knuckles on the panel one more time. Come on, sweetheart, he thought.
Then the panel opened and a small blue Twiâlek head popped out.
âPapa!â KâTeena cried out, launching herself out of the secret compartment and straight at Seth. He caught her with ease, nearly crushing her to him as he wrapped his arms around her. Relief flooded through him. She was safe.
âPapa, Iâm so glad youâre back,â she said into his shoulder, a trembling in her voice. He could sense her relief at his return and that alone was enough to have emotion clog his throat for a moment. He held her, refusing to let her go just yet. KâTeena clung to him and he felt the small fear beneath her relief that if she let go, he would disappear again.
âIâm here, Angel Face,â he whispered past the lump in his throat, holding her tightly as he dropped a paternal kiss onto the top of her head. âYouâre safe.â

thanks for the ask angel face! So I was originally going to let Jaydzia have this one but Seth spoke up and thankfully he didnât ramble on this time xD so this is actually a microstory xD
(This is set during the 5 year Time Skip. Jaydzia was frozen in carbonite, while Seth was imprisoned as a gladiator for the Eternal Arena.)
It couldnât be. She couldnât be here. There was no way she could be here. It simply wasnât possible.Seth couldnât get such a mantra out of his head as he fought for his life within the Eternal Arena. He had to stay focused as this round raged on. This opponent wasnât to be trifled with and to spare a second to look up at the crowd to catch another glimpse of the very face he hadnât seen in years, the one that haunted his very dreams was a second that could cost him his life. It simply couldnât be. It was impossible. When heâd finally downed his opponent and heard the ringing of applause and cheering, he still did not look up. He ignored the urge to do so, to even look around as the guards approached him and placed the cuffs back on his wrists. He ignored every fiber of his being telling him to stretch out into the force, ignored that faintest brush of the familiar presence he could only remember now. He simply could not allow such an illogical hope to form, to do so would be to trust in an illusion of his own, to believe in it. To be broken when said illusion was just that, impossible. Lana couldnât be here, because she wasnât.
Another couple bits of Seth running around on Coruscant, chasing Skavak to get his damn ship back. Heâs got more than one reason to find the thief....and put a pullet between his eyes.Â
âSo, weâre gonna catch Skavak, Captain,â Corso said, a hint of concern in his voice. âI know that, butâŚwhat are you going to do when we do catch him?â
