नीतीश कुमार और प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी भी नजरिया बिहार को लेकर कुछ ऐसा ही है। सीएम नीतीश कुमार दावा कर रहे हैं कि बिहार में 1 करोड़ लोगों को नौकरी और रोजगार के अवसर दिए जाएंगे। ये नौकरियां बिहार के सर्विस सेक्टर से होकर ही गुजरेंगी। जाहिर सी बात है कि इतने बड़े पैमाने पर लोगों को सरकारी नौकरी नहीं दी जा सकती है, उद्योग-धंधे भी नहीं लगाए जा सकते हैं। पीएम नरेंद्र मोदी भी बिहार में डिजिटल इंडिया और स्टार्टअप इंडिया जैसे प्रोजेक्ट्स का जिक्र कर रहे हैं। IT और डिजिटल सर्विस सेक्टर को बढ़ावा देने की बात करते हैं। उनका कहना है कि गुजरात मॉडल की तुलना में बिहार में निजी निवेश और सर्विस सेक्टर में रोजगार के अवसर दिए जाएंगे।
