so my store does roughly 9-10k in sales daily..today we were at 7k by 130pm while iām running my shift short 3 people....
itās fine....
i only had 2 panic attacks and almost passed out a few times from over exerting myself and anxiety/stress....

When youāre not allowed to have overtime but your GM tells the field leader that her managers (me and lady Iām talking to) and herself/our apprentice are getting burnt out because we do continually have overtime and are constantly trying to hold together a burning ship and weāre in trouble for laborā¦but then the field leader, on Wednesday of the week, responds with āhow, they donāt have any overtime this weekā while yelling at GM for working 16 hour days. So?? We canāt have overtimeā¦but since I donāt have overtime Iām not working hard enoughā¦excuse the fuck out of me? All of us are gonna end up walking out and I hope Steve gets fucking WRECKED.
