After yesterday's fail, I decided to a go a bit mental with training today. So, I walked (fast!) to Brixton from work, which is about 5k, and then did 3k on the treadmill. Apparently treadmills are cheating, but I'm not ready for the real world, so I put it at a gradient of 1.5% to make up for the lack of tarmac and the supportive mill-motion. 

As I'm doing this for OXJAM, a music thing, I figured I could make this blog a bit relevant by talking about the music I'm listening to. I found this little number by the Prodigy good for keeping a fast walking pace. You will be able to tell how fast i'm going by checking out the BPMs of the songs I post...But yes, this is where my love of 90s house and electronica will come into play, because you just can't run to dream pop...
