When Confusion Is a Signal, Not a Flaw
Confusion Is the Body Asking for Honesty
When something doesn’t feel right, your nervous system notices before your mind does.
You may not have the language yet. You may not understand the full picture. But your body is already responding.
Tightness in your chest. Restlessness in your thoughts. A quiet sense of “this isn’t aligned.”
Confusion is often your inner awareness trying to surface a truth you haven’t fully acknowledged.
Why We Ignore It
We ignore confusion because clarity can be inconvenient.
Clarity might mean:
Admitting a relationship feels unbalanced
Acknowledging resentment you’ve been minimizing
Realizing you’ve outgrown a role you once depended on
Recognizing you’re tired of being strong all the time
It’s easier to call yourself dramatic than to ask what’s really happening.
But avoidance doesn’t create peace. It creates noise.
