The Seraphim being styled like the warlord they're cloned from has two explanations, an out-of-universe and in-universe one.

Out-of-universe: Its just so the audience can easily tell who's who and add a little interest to their designs. Simple.

Here’s a full thing of swap Gloria! Has 666 where normal Gloria has her bandaid, where a pentagram pendant, pins says “Rujinu Fan” and the other is “Child of Satan.” Has her name tag of Gar’s Bodega, stole one of TKO’s wrist band, has a mouth in her hair which she can talk to, has like a Harry Potter scar on her left side of her face, she got burned by people (really sad😔) Is show more angelic like to get people to trust her and lose their guard, has the same powers just as the Gloria we know but wants to be more angel like instead of demon.

Crocodile is annoyed by the stupidity of Buggy's crew.

Buggy is scared that his crew will get him in trouble and  angry at them  because now, somehow Crocodile  and Mihawk appear in his dreams, in his WET DREAMS.

Mihawk  seems unaffected but in reality he find this situation entertaining.

During an emergency meeting about this case, Crocodile and Buggy ask "How this thing could happen? ", and Mihawk who said nothing during all meeting says :

"We have two child versions of us whom have joined the crew,  we  are the ones in  this crew that educating them, training them and treat them some much like real children that sometimes we forgot that they are cyborg who shot laser beams from the palm.

Given that they think their leader Buggy can do incredible things, it is likely they would think he could find a way to get pregnant. "

Crocodile definitely has a headache while Mihawk is sipping his wine and watching this go down. Poor Buggy, this whole situation is stressing him out, among other things. He wasn't ready for those dreams.

Then the emergency meeting! Buggy and Crocodile are stressed, only difference is Crocodile is calm on the outside while Buggy is crying and/or yelling about what's going on. Mihawk is drinking his wine still until there might be a fight because Buggy and Crocodile can't come to a agreement.

Including Buggy, short tho his stint was on the register.

The idea had been that he must be a huge threat and so would have workable skills. They thought he would have a more malleable basis to expand on and turn into a mega weapon or, at the very least, an acceptable soldier.

They didn't account for his current persona being a fabrication, a performance, forged in fire and effort to show what he wants to show and to hide what he wants to hide. There is a reason Buggy went so long without being IDed as a Roger Pirate, why he lacked a bounty poster even on the most infamous crew of that era, how he survived that ship as a child.

Buggy has traumas and secrets he was ready to take to his grave.

Now there's a little white haired boy flanked by two other older boys on his island, drudging up any and every memory he wanted more than anything to leave in a dark corner of his mind.

Mihawk and Crocodile are in a similar boat, but they are not quite certain what to make of Buggy's reaction.

Nor, it turns out, the respect, care and adoration of their seraphim counterparts to the clown's.

S!Buggy, new name pending, is quiet, eyes sharp, voice hesitant. He's clingy, yes, but his gaze is is cold and assessing. He often times tucks himself being Angel, Croc's counterpart, or snuggled to Sparrow, Mihawk's, with golden eyes that feel frozen. He looks at people as threats, as prey, and Buggy does not flinch when that gaze hits him. He simply sighs.

He does not answer when asked about it.

Buggy just arranges for a room to be prepared for them. He also gives an order for extra blankets and pillows to be given as well, and for the location to have no more than two entry ways. He does not explain. The children just meet his gaze with something almost like understanding.
