Seeing a spoiler about the last episodes of The Boys made me 1) not necessarily wanna eagerly watch it and/because 2) I fear Kripke may not be aware of what he wanted/wants for The Boys, and it’s been like this since s4 — aka post him bringing back Jensen, familiarity type shit or something idk 😭

Also, it made me realize despite a lot of things in later seasons, Supernatural worked with Kripke and his honky tonk posse of writers (all of them) and even show runners (not sure what s15 was or what Dabb was doing though), and that’s what makes the show a classic magical ride.

You know if Kim manners had been alive and well, we would have more better episodes focused on the brothers from season 6-15. The way bobby got more episodes in seasons 6,7 was because of singer. That man not only had a hand in sabotaging Gamble, he gave more to misha too.

The main reason why we've got episodes with more screentime for side characters in the later seasons was simply because J2 wanted more time off. Both were married had kids, so they wanted to be with them (especially Jared).

Kim Manners never was a showrunner for SPN. He was "just" an amazing director, that's why he directed so many episodes. And Mishit barely was in s 7. He got fired, then rehired but they demoted him from a regular to a guest star.

And the reason why Singer was such an asshole to Sera was bc she was such a good writer and he simply was jealous. I mean he brought his untalented hack of a wife and her writing buddy onto SPN. And the worst episodes were always Buck-Lemming ones.

Is there a reason why sera gamble and Jared haven’t worked together again? I feel like she understood Sam and her episodes of SPN were really good imo. I think she likes to tap into darker themes and Jared would be really good in a role like that.

Oh, I wish that Jared and her would've worked together again. Sera is the Queen of Samgirls.

But after Singer got rid of her, SPN continued for further 8 seasons and Sera was busy with projects. Her most successful one is "You" but she also was involved in "The Magicians".

Imagine Jared playing the protagonist in "You" - it would've been a feast!
