We've been working tirelessly on Chapter 2 for the entire month, and it currently sits at 36K words.
Most of the content is planned, with many scenes completed, but we’ve still got some flavor choices to nail down. And we still haven't decided which POV to implement in this chapter, given we have at least a few ideas.
Like the first chapter, this one will be branchy but more action-oriented.
You’ll finally meet Rupert/Prudence, and your MC will have plenty of opportunities to be kind, understanding, mean, threatening, aggressive, or straight-up murderous.
No big moral lessons here, folks—just do what feels right or necessary and deal with the consequences.
We’re aiming to drop Chapter 2 by the end of October. That’d be an awesome date! But we’ll see how it goes with writing and testing all those branches.
