Now don’t get me wrong, there are many start-ups out there who follow ethical practises and will work hard to achieve results for you.

Would you think of employing someone to work within your company without checking their background, work experience or references? Nope I thought not! Not only would I check to see who have on their reference list, I would also follow up with a few, there is nothing like a glowing review. Avoid any company that has a patchy reference details, or are not forthcoming with past clients, they are not worth the risk full stop.
