No Artist - Sensitivity Training (2010)
Come on. Sensitivity training. Let's be sensitive.
Ah, you know what? I think Howard planted those diapers, so we would have to do this.
Now I want everyone to walk And do something simple like tie your shoes. This is what it's like to be 80 years old.
I'm sorry I take naps, but now you know why. All... all day, it hurts.
I think Howard could use all of your support right now.
This is not happening.

And speaking of tough guys, I’m getting a little tired of hearing that after 6 policemen get arrested for shoving a floor lamp up some black guy’s ass and ripping his intestines out, the police department announces they’re gonna have sensitivity training. I say “hey, if you need special training to be told not to jam a large cumbersome object up someone else’s asshole, maybe you’re too fucked up to be on the police force in the first place huh?” --George Carlin
Sensitivity readers
Hello! I need sensitivity readers for Wild Stories. The series is tackling some heavy themes and I want to be sure that I go about it in the right way.
I'm looking for:
-Jewish Sensitivity readers
-Black Sensitivity readers
I'd also appreciate women sensitivity readers, asexual sensitivity readers, sensitivity readers with autism, sensitivity readers who are Roma or Italian, or sensitivity readers who can advise on trauma/abuse recovery. Also people with ADHD are appreciated. I think my research is mostly solid in these areas, but having someone else's input is always better. I'll eventually be looking for a sensitivity reader with trisomy 21 (Down syndrome) for a future story line but I don't have anything written down for it yet.
This is really causal, even just suggestions and advice in my ask or dms would be super helpful. I can't pay anyone, (I'm broke) so I'd probably just be offering my own services in exchange.
I can sensitivity read for:
-being trans masculine
-being non-binary
-being biracial
-A good deal of mental illnesses, dm for specifics.
-being autistic
I've never done it before but, hey first time for everything. I'm really selling this aren't I? I can also do beta reading (probably) and if you're looking for any other kind of writing help just let me know and I'll see what I can do.
Thanks for reading this, I appreciate it! :)

The entire point of Sensitivity Training is that the "Evil Other Woman" and "Crazy Cat Lady" tropes can be harmful because there's a real face behind those terms and reducing women who'd been hurt by heartbreak is not getting helped by being boxed up into plain categories.
That seeing girls as interchangeable or less important because they didn't "get the guy" is extremely offputting and implies a girl'ss worth in life is whether or not she's with the main character.
Twelve step program
Political correctness and 'sensitivity training' has accomplished one major thing: Force the people to fear the freedom of speech lest they 'offend' one of the 'protesters,' and get beaten or killed for it. And promote ignorance and entitlement while they're at it.
