What Exactly Is a Computer Chip?

Governments across Europe, North America and Asia are investing billions of pounds to strengthen domestic semiconductor production and reduce reliance on overseas manufacturing.
The future of the chip industry looks exceptionally strong. Technologies such as artificial intelligence, robotics, autonomous vehicles, quantum computing and smart healthcare are expected to increase demand for advanced chips over the next decade.
