When you make a post, you get notes. But you get them one at a time. Sometimes at the beginning it makes lots of notes!!! And then they dry up.
Sometimes its steady and then BLOWS UP, and then goes slow AND THEN BLOWS UP again.
Sometimes you forget about the post, and then it makes some notes and youāre like oh!
And I think,, people forget that thatās what life is like. And progress. You can be working on your self-hate, but it might be slow going AND THEN THEREāS A BREAK THROUGH!! and then it almost stops. And then you get three notes ofĀ āhmm, maybe love myself todayā
So basically, its okay if your post or your progress doesn't get as big as you wanted right away. Sometimes it takes a bit, but then when you come back you realize that what you thought was a flop became a post with thousands of notes
