‘You Ugly’.
Discussions on surveillance are never far from sparking debates on the ethical concerns of the ‘Big Brother’ watching and dreams of a ‘safer’ environment.
Everyone holds an opinion about CCTV cameras, regardless of it being positive or negative or even neutrality, it is a stance. We have a lot to say about these cameras we believe are watching us. What gives humans such supremacy to believe that we are the object of interest?
Turning the tables on this idea of the camera watching our actions, what if the camera didn’t even care about us at all?
What if Thoughts Could we teach the CCTV to decide for itself? Could we give the CCTV a voice? Could we give the CCTV a mind of its own?
What if the CCTV defied itself?
