don't get obsessed with the fake thing. don't get obsessed with the cheap version. don't get obsessed with the knockoff of shifting.

don't get obsessed with character.ai or any ai chatbot, those bots are not real. you're not talking to your partner, youre talking to an ai version of them that either you or someone else created. you're never going to be fulfulled by talking to them.

don't get obsessed with listening to other shifting bloggers. they are not going to shift for you. they do not create your drs, they do not create you. you will never gain success by basking in someone else's glory.

do not get obsessed with shifting stories. hearing what could've been or what was/is in someone else's dr. theirs will not be the same as yours, as you are there and not them. you, most likely, will never see through their eyes. only you can create that reality.

don't get obsessed with the idea of shifting. you have a whole other life to live and you're obsessing over the process of getting there? be more obsessed with what you're going to do, who you're going to see. you shifted by reading this blog. you shifted by opening tumblr. you shifted by breathing right now.

you're probably consciously checking your breathing now, regulating it, aren't you? you're checking the 3d is reflecting something that is already true. what are you going to check next? if your blood if flowing? if its truly red? if you have eyes, a nose, ears, a mouth?

do not check the 3d for something that's already true. and that's easier said than done because we are conditioned to check the 3d. were conditioned to check if we're right. with science, scientists make a hypothesis (an educated guess) and check it over and over again until they can 'prove' it. even with things we know may be true, like the fact the universe is expanding, must be called a 'theory' in their terms because we 'don't have enough evidence to prove it'. we cannot just say a shape is a triangle because it has three sides, because we have to mathematically prove that that the sides are the correct lengths... whatever.

i'm not going to give you a way to do this. you find the way within yourself. you create your path. if you need aid, my dms and asks are always opened, but just meditate on this thought, please.
