A very incomplete outline of an End Roll essay that I should have finished like last year
I love End Roll with my entire being, but my god after getting a job it has not been easy for me to find the time for it. I got motivated after watching the following video essay on the game:
Which - this thing made me re-evaluate a lot of the stuff about the main story that flew over my head. Especially Chris - he's a way more interesting element of the game than I first took him for. I played this game when I was still in high school and I remembered KEY details, but not enough to make an analysis out of it. This video made me want to take a second look at everything (and I was MEANING to do LITERALLY EVERYTHING), especially because it doesn't discuss things like Cloakpoint, Dreamsend, or the Informant in depth.
That said. This essay is very much a work in progress. I was gonna play through the entire game and record it but I was a dumbass and lost my recording for Day 3. Which was a shame because I had a lot of things to say about Cody and Dogma.
So for now, all you guys are getting is a very rough outline. Enjoy my delirium.
