Harvey McKenzie Age: 13 Orientation: No data Status: DECOMMISSIONED We all know what happened to him, no need to repeat. He's mostly nonverbal now and still hates people touching him, to the point he might attack them. His parents decided to pull him from public school. Rachel is the only one he speaks to using his voice, but not too much. She found out Abby was the one who decommissioned him and now she refuses to talk to her. Nigel feels like he is between two fires sometimes. He's not a menace to kids.

Lee Yong Age: 14 Orientation: Doesn't care. Status: DECOMMISSIONED Decommissioned after turning 13. Even if his memories were wiped, he still had the love for yo-yo. He also kept his hat on, apparently, it's a gift his mother kept giving him as he grew up. It's a tradition. People are either amazed by his yo-yo tricks or annoyed because "it's so uncool". He doesn't care and just does his thing. Keeps to himself mostly. Has a little group of 3 friends he hangs out with. He's not a menace to kids.

Sonia Marybell Age: 14 Orientation: Likes girls maybe?? Questioning. Status: DECOMMISSIONED Decommissioned after turning 13. She's a quiet girl who, because of her mild nature, unfortunately, gets picked on by other girl bullies in the school. She never tries to go against them; even if these girls can be mean, she doesn't seem to care. Has no friends, apparently. To try to open her up, her parents signed her up for double-bass lessons. Apparently, this helped her enter a little band that recently debuted. This also helped her gain more confidence in herself! She's not a menace to kids.

Again, seeking headcannons and possible readings, not what we think the writer’s intentions were

Most sectors (not counting squads, like those based on moonbase or other major bases) have operatives with numbuhs close to each other… but Sector W has numbers in the mid/high 80s, as well as 363 (pressumably, Numbuh 362 would also be assigned that sector during her resignation in Operation IT\*)

Why might that be?

this one actually applies to sector w in general, but i hc that they’re based out of wisconsin. it makes sense considering harvey and rachel are canadian, and even though patty probably lives in vermont with fanny, i imagine it’s a pretty easy commute for him thanks to 2x4 transportation. it also explains Lee’s ushanka! gotta be pretty cold wherever he’s from.

as for Lee himself, his title as “tactical yo-yo specialist” is actually a pretty rare position. all of sector w have super unique specialties, per Harvey’s request. Lee was assigned the role pretty much straight out of commissioning. he’s something of a prodigy in the yo-yo world, maybe even one of the best. he doesn’t let it get to his head though. he’s too cool for that.

him and Sonia are the closest in the sector. they’ve known each other since they were very little, and they’re in the same sector because sonia threatened to beat up anyone who tried to separate them. they spend almost all their time together. on the days where Lee gets to pick their activity, they usually go to comic book shops or yo-yo showcases. on the days where Sonia gets to pick, they usually volunteer at animal shelters or treasure-hunt at candy stores.
