To celebrate the month of chilling scares & terrifying shivers, Lia ( @truthwished ), Jasper ( @sculchained ) and myself ( @lightshielded ) are organizing a gift exchange! Think secret santa but secret spooks instead! 

All you have to do if you wish to participate is to reblog this post before the 22nd ( 21st 24:00 gmt-5 ) and track the tag #secretspooks2019! And hang on - before you get those spooky scary skeletons out, check out the rules of participation below!

                                             rules & guidelines

1. You need to have anonymous messages turned on! It’s secret spooks after all! The mods and I will be checking, so please make sure you switch this on if you wish to participate! 2. You should send regular asks to your gift recipient from the 24th until the gift exchange date on 31st of October but please do not reveal your identity to them ~ Of course, you can give hints - part of the fun is trying to guess who your mysterious gift giver is before the big reveal! 3. You need to produce a kind of gift for your recipient - a drabble, art, edit, graphic, whatever! These do not have to be spooks related! You may ask your gift recipient questions in your asks regarding what sort of gift they’d like!

After the closing date has passed, there will be an organizational period where the mod team will be sorting out the gifting! This process will be randomized! After we message you your gift recipient and you find that you'd rather not have this name, you will have 48 hours to message any one of us on the mod team privately so we can organize a switch! This process is entirely anonymous. Please note that you should only request a switch if the person you receive is someone you have either (i) past drama/history with or (ii) the content of the blog is unsafe for you.

Hi there! I was your tiny little spook.

I would have liked to write you something, considering that’s what you wanted, but the past few weeks have been really draining and taxing on me and I lacked the energy to really commit - plus, I don’t think I’d do any of your muses any justice.

I’m sorry for not being able to write you that drabble but here’s my gift to you. They’re a little early seeing as we haven’t hit the 31st yet, 30 more minutes for me but I’m European so - yeah, here’s my gift! Hope you like it! ; v;

You’re doing just fine, little spook. <3 We all have lives so I understand not being able to send an ask every day. Even just these asks are plenty for me, I’m sure I’ll love what you come up with.

My favorite Thresh skin? I think it’s a tie between High Noon and Dark Star, but since Dark Star has different voice lines and animations, then I’d go with DS. They both have stories, fortunately - High Noon Thresh is the big bad of the High Noon Gothic universe and basically High Noon Lucian’s big nemesis; like usual, you know. Said he’d spare Senna if Lucian gave him his soul just to kill her after. Yadda yadda. You know the drill by now... at this point I think Riot just made Thresh into Lucian’s personal little stepping stone.

Dark Star Thresh is... Let’s just say he wants to feed everything and everyone to the Singularity and then proceed to die. Honestly? A mood.

I do have a separate verse for both of them, though I haven’t used either one yet. Default Thresh is just that hot, I guess.

CandyVlad doesn’t really eat candy a lot. He is more a savoury person, than sweet. Although he wouldn’t pass up on cookies, fro that category.

Exotic animalsHe has seen quite a few in his life, but none that he would have as a pet. They don’t tend to last as long as he would.For that reason he has two Drakehounds. Their distant relation to dragons make them life longer than most pets. And their ferocity is perfect for a man like Vlad.

Emotional messingHe has grown past the situations of his past. The abuse by his father and siblings. The service to his Darkin master. For that purpose he sought out power and became what is he is today.But if there would be a situation where he were without power and in such situations, they would most definitely be able to screw with his head.

Sad momentThat would be when his mother died. Out of all his family members, his mother was the only one that showed any interest or care towards him.But even she could not stop her husband, his father, from sending a young Vladimir to the Darkin, as a peace offering.Within months news traveled to him that she had passed on. A time he always regretted to not be by her side. And a moment that only fueled his hate for his family even more.
