Ok but other than him, it's probably Onyx and Ember for the first one, and the second one would probably be Jinx, Echo, Sebastien, and Mist.
(Mist and Ember are me pitting them against each other. I wouldn't say that they get into those types of situations particularly often)
But now this has me curious... how's about your GOPK characters? Who would fit each of those descriptions? (I personally can see Pat saying both-- not because I can really see them frequently being in both situations, but rather if they did suddenly show up covered in blood, they'd instantly make that clarification for efficiency's sake.) (I can see Pat being just fine more frequently than not tho. Pretty hard to land a blow on a target who can literally dodge a bullet)
