🌸 A simple and basic manifestation spell for a sea witch. From my personal grimoire! 🌸

💐 Things you'll need 💐

• Circle casting tools

• Herb bundle or rosemary/sage incense to cleanse

• A medium sized shell- clam, scallop, bear’s paw or abalone

• A marker

🌛 When to cast🌜

• Any moon phase depends on your intentions

🕯️ The spell 🕯️

* Cleanse your work area and cast your circle. Then call out any deity or spirit to aid you in your spellwork.

* Light your candle(s) and cleanse the shell.

* Chant your intent as you write it down on the shell. You can write your intentions all over the inside of the shell if you want!

* When you’re done writing flip the shell (the written side with your intent) towards to your altar to cover your intent.

* With both hands on the shell manifest your intentions until it feels like it’s coming towards you.

* Close your circle and leave the shell facing downwards on your altar and leave it alone. Turn the shell facing upwards when your manifestations has comes true.

Seeing as a lot of people enjoyed my post about sea glass, I started thinking about seashells. Seashells are really common in witchcraft, and many witches use it in things like spell jars, offerings to deities, and more. While I had found some when I had gone on my trip to the beach, others do not have the luxury to go to the source and get them in nature. Seashells can be found in shops such as Walmart, but you should make sure they are real. 

If you do purchase seashells in a store like Walmart, make sure you cleanse the shell. When found in the ocean, it is not necessary for the ocean is the best cleanser in my opinion for items like seashells, seaweed, sea glass, etc. I recommend salt water in a bowl overnight to cleanse seashells. 

Love Spells

Due to Aphrodite the Greek goddess of love being connected to seashells, seashells are mainly associated with love spells. Seashells can be included in spells, spell jars, worn, or carried to bring love into your life or strengthen current relationships depending on the intent of the spell.

Offerings

As I stated, seashells are strongly associated with Aphrodite and thus are a great offering to the Greek goddess of love. Keep them on an altar and ensure you have lots of them for devotional acts and offerings.

Protection

Due to shells being used as protection by many sea creatures, they also hold the power to be used for protection spells. Hang seashells to protect a home, carry or wear to protect yourself especially during spirit work or astral projection.

hey guys! i live on the coast and have ample time to beachcomb. any landlocked witches want me to beachcomb for shells? i can set up a certain price for a certain amount of shells. i usually find clams, scallops, and spiral shells! 

also, i can make seashell candles for your altars and add fragrance oils according to your intentions for spells!

🌛 When to cast: 🌜

• Full moon or any time during Friday

💐 Things you'll need: 💐

Circle casting tools

Matches or lighter

A small funnel

Sea water

Sand

A small bowl and spoon

Rose incense (for attraction)

A small conch shell (conch for communication)

Red or pink candle (red for confidence, plan into action, pink for attraction)

Rose buds or petals (feminine energy, water, psychic energy)

Rosemary and cinnamon (power)

Honey (sweetness and potency)

🕯️ Making the charm : 🕯️

Cleanse your work area and cast your circle. Then call out any deity or spirit to aid you in your spellwork. (optional!)

Light your candle(s) and cleanse the shell make sure there is no holes or cracks in the shell.

With your shell sprinkle in some of the sand(about a pinch), then the rose and rosemary or cinnamon and set aside. (use a small funnel if its hard)

Place one drop of honey on your tongue without swallowing it or having it dissolve completely (I suggest having your tongue not touch the roof of your mouth)

While holding the honey in your tongue pour the sea water in the small bowl then stir six times clockwise slowly and think clearly what you wish. (eating the honey is fine after you have finished stirring.)

Carefully add a few drops of sea water and a drop of honey in the shell.

Before covering the shell opening with the candle wax, sing the following rhyme six times while you seal the shell opening with the candle wax.

Once the hole is covered completely, make sure that it’s secure and doesn’t leak. And let the candle(s) burn down completely.
