271/366 π±π±π± Didn't want to cook tonight so I made the Raw Celery Soup from therawtarian.com, which I make for lunch now and again but often forget about for dinner and I don't know why. Maybe because it's SO easy it feels like cheating! Admittedly, I did turn on the stove for a sec to make some Seared Celeriac Mash to add a little oompf and toast some pepitas for a bit crunch. It was super delicious and deceivingly filling and the soup took literally FIVE minutes to make!
