I was rewatching a bit of crystallised and I noticed that even though Zane’s emotion meter was turned off, he still smiled when he saw all the lanterns for Nya 🥹!
This, in my opinion, is one of the best ways to show Zane is much more than a robot. Despite literally altering his settings so he doesn’t feel the crushing grief and despair over losing Nya, that’s not enough to hide his love for her. Genuinely just perfect 💙

As much as I love seabound, the focus shouldn’t have been on Jay or the other ninja at all. It should’ve remained on just her family. That way, we could’ve gone even deeper into Nya’s relationship with her mother & Kai, and we could’ve had a little bit of a dynamic between Nya & Ray.
