Potential iMac wreckage with an SD card?
Last week I learned it's risky business being absentminded on an iMac. You'd think I would have learned my lesson from accidentally sticking in a second DVD a few months ago. But no. Lesson not quite learned yet apparently.
SD Card Slot
As I was just about to stick in my SD Card in the side of my iMac, a customer called. While calling I absentmindedly kept moving my SD card in the same direction. I remember thinking: "Hm, I don't recall the slot being free of any frictional sensation upon SD card insertion?".
JUST in time I let go. Only one tiny corner of my card stuck out of the DVD slot. Only a puff and it would have fallen into the DVD drive and into my iMac to get stuck in who knows what...
Thank God for tweezers!
