#sdr2 headcanons

Haven't even done the first game but that's irrelevant. Sdr2 is my favorite out of the 3(/4?) so I'll just do this one first

I'd love to! I personally headcanon Chiaki as fat. I love her so much... gamer gorl... <3

i love all three so much, you’re basically asking me to choose my favorite child ugh!

thh: i love the atmosphere of this game the most. something about being stuck inside a single building for days is just so unsettling and the other games don’t even come close to capturing this vibe.  going thru thh for the first time is such an experience, like the enoshima reveal is just top tier.  only thing i hate abt this game is my baby taka didnt survive </3

fav thh characters: kyoko (best girl), mondo, taka, byakuya

i love sdr2 as well, it’s got some of my fav characters but i’m not the biggest fan of the ~island~ vibes tbh. altho i like enoshima’s revival, i wish there was more of an emphasis on izuru being the true mastermind.) however, i think trials 2 and 4 are honestly just some of the best in the series. 

fav sdr2 characters: chiaki, sonia, fuyuhiko, gundham

drV3: i know some people didn’t like the ending, but i thought it was interesting, altho i would have prefered a ‘traditional’ dr storyline. i also like that the Ultimate Academy is more of a return to the original thh atmosphere. also, i rlly like the inclusion of angie’s character, i think she’s a very interesting minor antagonist. obviously have to address the big ol’ elephant in the room, the kaede / shuichi switcheroo. tbh, i love it, however, i think it would have been much better if cases 1 and 2 were switched for two reasons. for starters, it would have given us more time to get to know kaede and rantaro, and secondly the motive video was the first motive in thh so it should have been motive one again. 

fav drv3 characters: shuichi, kaede, maki, kaito, rantaro, kiibo. [honorable mentions to kokichi, miu, angie, tenko, and gonta; love certain things about these characters but i can’t put everyone on the favs list lol]

“Are you sure you don’t mind just hanging around while I practice?” You ask your boyfriend, his hand propping up his head with a doofy smile on his face

You feel like you’ve been in the choir room for eons. You told Hajime that you have to practice the new arrangements for adjudication, but he said he was fine to just listen.

“You know this is how I fell for you, right?”

You blush, not expecting him to say something so blunt so suddenly

“My... singing?” You ask, cautiously

Your parents tell you that you sang before you could talk. You’ve used your voice to make music for as long as you can remember, and you love that people have an emotional response to it, but this is... different

He kept his gaze on you, complete with that goofy grin. “Before I even saw your face, I heard your voice. You were in the courtyard with some of the other Class 78 kids. I heard some mindless guitar and then... singing. It was Sayaka and you. I recognized Sayaka’s voice instantly— it’s everywhere— but I didn’t recognize you. It was... like a siren’s song. I tried to get closer so I could see who had such a beautiful sound. I’m amazed no one saw me, but I saw you. I went back to the courtyard at the same time every day for two weeks, hoping you’d come back and I would get the courage to talk to you.”

You haven’t felt this flustered since you were anticipating him kissing you for the first time.

You mindlessly sing while you spend time with him... you mindlessly sing while you spend time with anyone. It’s impulsive.

But hearing how much he adores your voice brings a happiness to your heart that you’ve never felt before

Since that day, you went out of your way to sing around Hajime, and he still seems to melt listening to you

You’ve felt guilty asking your friends to come to your recitals and showcases, but Hajime constantly asks when your next show is and when tickets go on sale

If you have multiple nights on stage, he goes to at least two performances, and brings flowers every night he’s there

He is unashamed to be your biggest fan.
