Sam takes things literally a lot. Jacob even says Sam doesn't understand a lot of stuff sometimes and is genuinely confused about things. We can see Jacob trying to explain things to Sam through words or actions sometimes during cons or interviews. This is a silly example but Sam really didn't get what they said about the Armand painting in the Louvre during that SDCC where Jacob was absent. The rest of them were laughing a bit at him and he was trying to figure out what they were talking about all confused. People were joking about it on twitter calling him a dumb blonde or saying that the bleach is seeping into his head and messing him up.

Leave it to people to make fun of someone for not understanding something. 🙄🙄🙄 Clearly, they missed a few lessons in Kindergarten.

Didn’t Sam mention something about only wearing a scarf and nothing else in the interview with Josh H at SDCC last year?

Ah, and we didn’t even know that 2025 was the peak of Jamchella…. ::wistful sigh:: The dopamine high everyone got that weekend was for the ages. Hindsight really is 20/20.

Sorry I think people want Jacob to be more upset about this season than he was. And if you read the entire GQ article his main concern was that Louis' entire storyline was going to be mourning Claudia and he thought that storyline wrapped up nicely. Obviously, it is emotional for him having daughters. But they convinced him the storyline was going to move him back to Lestat.

I really think people need to read that part in complete context because it seems to be getting twisted. And this seemed to had been his sentiment when the show was first renewed. Because we saw how he was acting at SDCC and that man was hyped up and hasn't changed his tune every since.

Now with Eric, I absolutely think he isn't into corporate BS. He also might have wanted DM to be more front and center this season too.

And I definitely think he got his hand slapped talking a tad too much about J&S and that is why this time he isn't doing recent interviews with just the three of them.
