The Rainbow scrap quilt I’m working on for my daughter’s room. It’s a large wall hanging quilt made from @andoverfabrics @alisonglass @michaelmillerfabrics and countless others (hence: scrap quilt or what I like to refer to as my “no thinking required” quilt). I will be hand quilting this and then adding the finishing touches with some @cottonandsteel binding from their “Eclipse” collection. I also plan to make her a matching king size bed quilt....but that is for another day. I’m really hoping to get this finished before the baby comes, because I would really like this to be part of the introduction gift exchange between the baby and my daughter. Paige will be giving the baby the crib quilt I made and giraffe I knit (you can find those in past posts), and the baby is giving her a stuffie Unicorn and this wall hanging quilt. Thanks to a wonderful 3 days of Critical Thinking Witches Conference online, I've ve finished my first fully pieced quilt top. Clearly somehow miscalculated on the width but oh well... Getting there... only the last little corner to do, whicg will be set off by a gap in between.
