Random doodle... Bro is NOT beating Scrappy Doo... (Sorry Popeye)
Of course I drawn one of Scrappy standing and ready to brawl. I did have one with him in his signature fight pose, I'll have that up when it's done.
After that pic I did with Scooby and Scrappy I did two more this on is the full body when he's on fours.
I can't believe I've lived through Scrappy Doo getting a corruption arc, later followed by a redemption arc by killing the most evil thing to happen to Scooby-Doo.

Scrappy's Determination
The video I'm about to show you was already many years old when I found it as a Scrappy fan. Now true, it's not Scrappy. But it reminds me of his character. What he went through in the meta sense.
It's...an MLP animatic. But...it's one that resonates with me deeply. Because it reminds me of my experience seeing the live action movie for the first time, blocking out Scrappy, and then remembering him years later and deciding to find out what happened to him. And it resonates with what Scrappy fears: not monsters, but failure. Letting his family and friends down.
And most importantly it reminds me to have hope. I've been slipping lately. I have so much to share about Scrappy. ("DD" project is still go. I'm working on it. Don't forget it.) I want to save Scrappy and share everything I have learned about him on my quest. But for now, have a beautiful piece about hope, DETERMINATION. And replace Dash with Scrappy in your hearts.
So here's the video:
Besides Scrappy
The Skelekians from The Electric Company are also pretty autism coded.
I relate to Scrappy more, but they are definitely very autism coded all the same.
There's no way live action Scrappy and cartoon Scrappy share a continuity
The Author NASA Paradox
In The New Scooby Doo Mysteries, Fred became an author and Velma became a NASA scientist. This clearly happened between the episode an the last time the gang saw each other in that timeline.
But in Scooby-Doo 2002 between the gang fighting and breaking up, Fred and Velma became - guess - an author and a NASA scientist during the time skip. They were not an author and a NASA scientist in the opening scene.
As you can see there is no way to reconcile Happy Birthday Scooby Doo and Scooby-Doo 2002 onto the same timeline, because they share two similar, but irreconcilably different versions of the same event.
Scrappy's Opinion on His "Cuteness" Live Action Scrappy is proud of being called cute, but Scrappy hates being called cute and this is a running gag that spans through multiple different episodes: Night of the Living Toys, Rocky Mountain Yiiii!, The Sorcerer's A Menace, No Thanks, Masked Manx, etc.
