The Final Battle

Undine wandered the deck of the Polaris, watching her crew manning the sails and the other tasks of the day. It was one of the few days where the seas were calm and there were no souls to take to the other side. However, according to Khione, the assigned navigator, they were indeed heading to somewhere they were needed. It had been years since the final battle between pirates and the East India Trading Company, and only a few months since Will Turner was able to leave the Dutchman and stay with his family.
Undine looked through her spyglass at the island in the distance, "Khione, are you sure this is the place?"
"Positive. I'm still unsure of why we're heading here," the snow goddess informed.
"What about Calypso? Any word from her?"
"Still nothing. She's been quiet for a long time."
"Typical. Well, be ready for anything."
"Yes, captain." Undine focused her attention again at their destination. Why here? She knew better than to question her sister, but it still never made sense all the same.
