A cream glazed terracotta pot arrives for Luna on her birthday, filled and partially overflowing with flowers that butterflies gravitate towards. Lantanas, butterfly bush, pincushions, bluebeard, etc... It's quite a large arrangement. But with the way the plants seem to have settled, it had been prepared and growing in this pot for some time. Luna hadn't heard from Scor in a while, so getting a birthday gift from him was a pleasant surprise.

They're ethereal in a fairy-like, druidic way, matching the shape and color of the little robot's wings. Luna was curled up on the living room sofa with a throw blanket covering her legs and a book in her lap, when her brother Lavender walked in through the front door of their cottage with the day's mail.
"Sister, were you expecting to receive any mail today?"
"Hm?" Luna looked up from her book. "No, I don't think so. Why?"
"Well... it appears that there is a package for you."
Luna sat up a little as her antennae raised up in surprise. "Really? I wonder who it's from."
Lavender handed the wrapped box to his sister, then left the living room to look through the rest of the day's mail. She looked over the skillfully wrapped gift, wondering what could be inside. Luna gingerly unwrapped the box and lifted the lid to look at it's contents.
...She was not expecting to find something so beautiful.
Inside, there were what appeared to be magnetic cuffs that could fit around her audial caps. But what caught her attention was how they were shaped. The color and shape of the cuffs matched her own wings to a tee. She carefully touched the delicate looking material with a finger, then she picked up the cuffs to place them around her audials.
She took a hand mirror that was in the coffee table drawer to see how the cuffs looked on her. Luna smiled warmly.
This was a very good gift indeed, even if she wasn't expecting it.
